I believe that gratitude is a long life journey. I was suffering of an anger inside myself.
This anger is like a negative person who always blame us. One of my anger kind was in one relationship.
I convinced myself to be respectful as long as I can, however; some people are not deserve to be too friendly with them and we have to be wise. Though we have to select our close friends.
That day, I went to gratitude session.
We were thinking about many blessings in our life. Therefore, we thank Allah for his uncountable bounties.
We had some grateful exercises about gratitude.
During the session, something was moving inside my heart. I remembered some people who hurt me or sometimes, maybe I did something wrong, too for them.
We wrote a forgiveness letter to one person we had a bad relationship with him/her.
Or we struggled with him/her. We cried, expressed our feelings, and let negative thoughts to pass and leave our life and mind.
From that day, I do not know anything about those who hurt me. I just forgive them, purify my heart, and clean my mind.
Gratitude is a kind of self-healing. I am happy to practice it every day and apply my good manners.
